Production Positioning & 2-Meter Class Capability: The SY2200 is the flagship model with the largest processing span in the horizontal reciprocating series, engineered specifically for surface treatment of extra-long precision components up to the 2-meter class. Targeting ultra-long parts such as textile machinery rollers, aerospace stringers, precision linear guides, and heat exchanger tubing, this system features a massive 2100*620mm grinding platform. It overcomes the spatial limitations of traditional equipment, allowing for single-pass deburring, chamfering, and finishing without the need for segmented processing, thereby strictly maintaining workpiece straightness and surface consistency.
Synchronized Dual-Powertrain Architecture: To address the load challenges presented by the ultra-long 2000500250mm grinding tank, the SY2200 employs a high-redundancy dual-powertrain design. An 8KW drive matrix composed of two 4KW industrial-grade motors, coupled with a robust AC380V 32A power input, generates high-density, unattenuated magnetic flux across the entire 2-meter span. This synchronized drive technology ensures that even under a full 70kg load, the magnetic pin media retains high cutting kinetic energy, effectively preventing discrepancies in grinding results between the ends and the center of the long tank.
Compound Trajectory & Fluid Homogeneity: The system executes a compound motion logic combining "High-Speed Magnetic Rotation + Full-Stroke Linear Translation." Synergized by dual motors, the magnetic field drives stainless steel pins in a reciprocating scanning motion within the 2-meter tank. This dynamic translation completely eliminates "stagnation points" or "zebra striping" marks common on long shafts in static magnetic fields. It forces the fluid media to penetrate deep into tubular bores and intricate profile grooves, achieving dead-zone-free uniform polishing from the inside out and significantly reducing Surface Roughness (Ra) values.
Heavy-Duty Structure & Process Stability: To support the massive chassis size and payload, the SY2200 features a reinforced industrial base, bringing the net machine weight to nearly 600kg (approx. 590kg). This high-rigidity structure effectively absorbs inertial torque generated by long-stroke translation, ensuring dynamic balance across the 0-60Hz wide-band operation range. Equipped with an independent precision control cabinet, it physically isolates the electrical system from the mechanical processing zone, further enhancing the equipment's interference immunity and durability in complex factory environments.
Industrial Turnkey Provisioning: As a top-tier mass-production unit, the SY2200 adheres to the highest standard of factory provisioning: it comes standard with 10kg of SUS304 stainless steel magnetic pins and 100kg of specialized grinding fluid to meet the media requirements of the large-volume tank. Delivered with three 2-meter class grinding containers, one separation sieve, and one pin separator, it provides a complete "turnkey" solution, enabling enterprises to rapidly establish high-efficiency production lines for ultra-long workpieces.
