Production Positioning & Efficiency: The SY8120 serves as the production workhorse for precision machining lines, designed for medium-batch continuous operation. With enhanced magnetic field penetration, it excels in deep-hole deburring and scale removal under high-density loading conditions, significantly reducing cycle times for medium-sized hardware components.
Powertrain Upgrade: Upgraded to a 3KW high-power motor, this unit maintains robust magnetic drive capability even under full load, preventing "dead zones" caused by workpiece stacking. The AC380V power input ensures output stability during extended shifts, making it suitable for intensive industrial environments.
Throughput & Expansion: The processing capacity is increased to 13kg, with an expanded 520*520mm grinding table. This upgrade supports larger 400mm/450mm diameter tanks, increasing single-batch throughput and improving the fluid tumbling trajectory of workpieces for superior uniformity.
Process Logic Control: The intelligent control panel features 0-60Hz stepless speed regulation and timed forward/reverse cycles. Operators can set standardized parameters based on process cards, enabling precise control over machining mark removal and edge rounding, reducing reliance on manual operator skill.
Industrial Design: With dimensions of 740*720*1080mm and a net weight of 180kg, the heavier chassis design effectively dampens resonance during high-frequency operation, extending component lifespan. Its compact structure facilitates easy maintenance and aligns with lean manufacturing layout requirements.
Standard Package: The unit comes with an upgraded consumables kit: 4kg of precision stainless steel magnetic pins and 50kg of grinding fluid. A complete production set (dual tanks, separation sieve, pin separator) is included to ensure immediate mass-production capability.
