Distinguished by its Twin-Tank Architecture, allows for the processing of two batches simultaneously within a single cycle. With a combined load capacity of 10-80kg, it significantly dilutes the Cost Per Part, making it the premier solution for die-casting, stamping, and precision machining industries facing large-scale deburring orders.
12KW Powertrain Matrix: As the powerhouse of the series, the SY-FZ600 is equipped with an industrial motor group delivering a total of 12KW, supported by a robust AC380V 50A power input. This configuration generates an ultra-high-intensity magnetic field. The immense power is not just for driving two tanks but ensures that even under full load with hard metals (e.g., stainless steel, titanium), the magnetic pins retain aggressive cutting kinetic energy, eliminating the "power dilution" often seen in multi-station equipment.
Compound Motion & Auto-Dumping: The system employs the advanced "Magnetic Rotation + Linear Translation" compound motion logic, ensuring zero dead zones within the dual 900650250mm tanks. Upon cycle completion, the integrated tilting mechanism automatically dumps workpieces and media from both tanks (synchronously or independently) into the vibration separation system below. This design eliminates the safety risks and bottlenecks associated with manual handling of heavy tanks, enabling a highly efficient "one-operator, multiple-machines" workflow.
Heavy-Duty Industrial Build: To manage the massive inertia of dual-tank operation, the unit features a reinforced heavy-duty frame, measuring 360017002100mm with a net weight of approximately 900kg. The substantial chassis provides superior dynamic stability, effectively dampening resonance during high-power translation. It is paired with a large independent control cabinet (8005201000mm) that physically isolates high-voltage drives from precision controls, ensuring reliability and longevity in harsh workshop environments.
Turnkey Provisioning Delivered to mass-production standards, the unit comes standard with 16kg of SUS304 stainless steel magnetic pins and 100kg of specialized grinding fluid. The package includes a complete automation set: 2 rectangular grinding containers, 1 integrated separation sieve, and 1 pin separator, ensuring the equipment is ready for maximum-capacity production immediately upon installation.
