It is specifically engineered to solve surface finishing challenges for long-shaft, tubular, and array-type components (e.g., precision guide rails, medical catheters, elongated heat sinks). The unique translation mechanism drives the magnetic field in a linear reciprocating motion across the bed, eliminating grinding dead zones or "zebra patterns" often seen in static magnetic fields, ensuring consistent roughness (Ra) along the entire workpiece length.
Capacity & Bed Configuration: Featuring an open horizontal bed design, the unit offers a working table of 1100*620mm and comes standard with a large rectangular grinding tank measuring 1000*500*250mm. The maximum processing capacity is increased to a reference value of 0-35kg. This aspect ratio allows for the lay-flat processing of workpieces nearly 1 meter in length, preventing workpiece entanglement and significantly improving volumetric efficiency per batch.
Split Architecture & Power: To adapt to demanding industrial environments, the SY1200 adopts a Split Mechanical-Electrical Architecture. The main machine measures 1200*720*730mm, while precision control units are housed in a separate cabinet (550350980mm). This design effectively isolates electrical components from high-frequency mechanical vibration and fluid splashes. Powered by a 4KW industrial motor and an AC380V three-phase supply, it provides ample torque for compound motion under heavy loads.
Process Control & Stability: The system supports 0-60Hz variable frequency speed regulation with integrated control for forward/reverse rotation and translation. With a net weight of 380kg, the heavy-duty bed provides exceptional rigidity for long-stroke translation, ensuring dynamic balance even at a full 35kg load and extending the lifespan of mechanical transmission components.
Standard Provisioning: Delivered strictly to industrial standards, the package includes 8kg of SUS304 stainless steel magnetic pins and 50kg of specialized grinding fluid. The standard configuration includes 2 rectangular grinding containers, 1 separation sieve, and 1 pin separator, enabling immediate mass production of elongated parts upon installation.
