Power Drive & Magnetic Efficiency: The system is powered by a 4KW industrial-grade high-power AC motor connected to an AC380V three-phase supply, creating a robust magnetic drive system. Facing a maximum design load of 30kg, this powertrain delivers sustained, high-torque magnetic output. This ensures that the magnetic pin media maintains high-speed, penetrating, irregular motion even within a fully loaded tank, achieving uniform grinding results across deep holes and complex internal cavities.
Flexible Tank Configuration: The SY1080 features an expanded grinding table measuring 850620mm, a wide-format design that grants the equipment high configuration flexibility. It supports not only standard 500mm diameter round tanks but is also compatible with large 700500mm square grinding tanks. This dual-mode compatibility allows users to switch containers based on workpiece geometry (clustered or elongated), maximizing the effective magnetic field area and significantly improving the yield rate per batch.
Structural Rigidity & Process Control: To accommodate heavier loads and a wider chassis, the equipment employs a reinforced base structure, bringing the net weight to approximately 270kg. This high-rigidity design effectively absorbs the unbalanced inertial forces generated by fluid motion in square tanks, ensuring absolute stability during 0-60Hz wide-band speed regulation and forward/reverse cycle operations.
