Line Positioning & Automation Integration: The SY-FZ30 is an industrial-grade magnetic polishing cell featuring integrated automated unloading, designed to address labor challenges in deburring, scale removal, and polishing processes. Beyond its precision capability for internal cavity cleaning and surface finishing, it innovatively incorporates a Tilting Mechanism. Upon cycle completion, the unit automatically tilts the grinding tank to dump workpieces and media directly onto the separation sieve below. This drastically reduces the labor intensity associated with handling heavy tanks and significantly shortens the turnaround time between batches.
High-Efficiency Powertrain: Despite being a single-station unit, the SY-FZ30 is equipped with an over-spec 6.5KW high-power motor, offering torque reserves far exceeding standard models of similar size. Powered by an AC380V (50/60HZ) 25A supply, it establishes an ultra-high-density magnetic flux within the 900650250mm rectangular grinding zone. This high-energy drive is particularly suited for processing heavy, high-hardness metal components, ensuring high-velocity kinetic cutting energy of the magnetic pins even under a full load of 10-60kg.
Compound Motion & Process Consistency: The unit employs the high-end "Forward/Reverse Rotation + Translation" compound motion logic. Driven by the powerful motor, the magnetic field not only rotates but also drives the pins in a linear reciprocating scanning motion within the rectangular tank. This dynamic translation eliminates grinding blind spots associated with static fields, ensuring that all parts in a 60kg batch—whether at the edges or center of the tank—achieve uniform surface roughness (Ra) improvement.
Industrial Structure & HMI: Designed as an integrated workstation, the SY-FZ30 measures 2500*1700*2100mm with a net weight of approximately 500kg, providing a stable base for the mechanical tilting action. It features a separate floor-standing control cabinet (8005201000mm) integrating PLC or inverter controls. Operators can easily program cycle times, translation frequencies, and tilting sequences, enabling standardized process control.
Turnkey Configuration: Delivered as an automated cell, the unit comes standard with 8kg of stainless steel magnetic pins and 50kg of grinding fluid. The package includes 1 customized rectangular grinding container, 1 integrated separation sieve, and 1 pin separator. This highly integrated design allows for a complete closed-loop process from grinding to sorting immediately upon installation, without the need for complex peripheral setups.
