Line Integration & Continuous Flow: The SY-P Series is a tunnel-type magnetic polishing system engineered for mass production. It revolutionizes the traditional batch-based "load-process-unload" model by utilizing an advanced transmission system to drive grinding boxes (loaded with media and workpieces) slowly and continuously through a high-energy magnetic field tunnel. This "continuous flow" operation enables single-operator management of the entire line, significantly optimizing Takt Time and labor efficiency.
Modular Architecture & Scalability: Built on a standard profile main frame, the system offers exceptional flexible configuration capabilities. Manufacturers can assemble machine beds of varying lengths (e.g., 4.4m, 5.4m, up to 6.4m) based on floor space and process cycle requirements. The number of grinding boxes is scalable from the standard 24 units up to 42 units (on the SY-P600 model). This modular design facilitates easy installation, maintenance, and low-cost upgrades during capacity ramp-ups.
Multi-Stage Magnetic Drive Matrix: Unlike standard single-point magnetic fields, the SY-P Series features a series of 5 independent motor disks installed along the chassis base, each controlled individually by 5 Delta variable frequency drives (inverters). This multi-stage design creates an extra-long, continuous, and adjustable grinding zone, ensuring that workpieces undergo multi-angular and variable-frequency magnetic cutting throughout their entire passage, achieving superior surface consistency.
High-Power Industrial Specifications: To support high-throughput continuous operation, this series is equipped with a massive powertrain. The flagship SY-P600 delivers a total power of 35KW, while even the entry-level SY-P400 boasts a 24KW power reserve. Integrated with an intelligent water circulation and dilution system (sensor-controlled water volume), the equipment achieves high-efficiency deburring and cleaning while adhering to low-noise and energy-efficient green manufacturing standards.
• SY-P400: 4.4m footprint, 24KW power, 24 grinding boxes, ideal for medium lines.
• SY-P500: 5.4m footprint, 29.5KW power, 33 grinding boxes, ideal for large lines.
• SY-P600: 6.4m footprint, 35KW power, 42 grinding boxes, ideal for ultra-high volume mass production.

Main Structure of Automatic Magnetic Grinding Machine
1.Rectangular grinding barrels are selected, and 24 grinding barrels are installed on the machine (the number can be increased or decreased according to requirements and site conditions);
2.The chassis magnetic field is equipped with 5 motor magnetic disks, each controlled by 5 Delta inverters to adjust the speed separately, and the magnetic field strength is adjustable;
3.During the grinding process of the automatic magnetic grinding machine, stainless steel needle magnetic grinding is configured. The thicker the needle, the stronger the grinding capacity, but the size of the grinding needle is determined according to the softness and hardness of the product material;
The transmission system is used to load the abrasive pins and workpieces, moving them slowly through the magnetic field of the cabinet. This enables the polishing pins and workpieces inside the grinding box to undergo thorough grinding and cleaning, thereby achieving the machining of the workpieces.
