Positioning & Eco-Friendly Closed-Loop: The SY-160L/H is a wastewater treatment and reclamation system engineered specifically for precision grinding workshops. Designed to address the high-turbidity waste fluids generated during magnetic polishing, it establishes a "Source Interception – Multi-Stage Filtration – Circulation Reuse" closed-loop. This system effectively removes suspended solids, metal swarf, and sludge via physical interception, significantly reducing turbidity and inhibiting bacterial growth. It enables the long-term regeneration of grinding fluids, drastically cutting hazardous waste discharge and the cost of preparing new fluids.
Three-Stage Precision Filtration Architecture: To ensure reclaimed water meets precision processing standards, the system employs a rigorous, progressive filtration process:
• Primary Interception: A 25-micron (25U) Bag Filter (No. 1 Bag) captures large particulates and media debris;
• Secondary Purification: Fluid passes through a 20-inch 5-core Precision Filter, refining filtration to 5 microns (5U) to adsorb suspended dust;
• Terminal Polishing: A second 5-micron (5U) Precision Filter acts as a final safeguard, ensuring crystal-clear output to prevent micro-scratches on workpieces during recirculated processing.
Dual-Tank Structure & PLC Control: Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the unit features a dual-tank structure consisting of a Raw Water Tank (400*400*400mm) and a Filter Tank (1000*400*400mm). The system is integrated with a PLC Smart Control Box, offering automated operation, ease of use, and high reclamation efficiency. Despite its robust processing capabilities, it operates at a total power of just 1KW (AC380V) and comes standard with inlet pumps, outlet pumps, and drain valves, making it a highly efficient, low-energy green solution.

The circulating water filter is a device that uses a filter screen to directly intercept impurities in water, remove suspended solids and particles from the water, reduce turbidity, purify water quality, and reduce the formation of system fouling, bacteria, algae, rust, etc., so as to purify circulating water for reuse.
The SY-160L/H sewage treatment equipment is composed of 2 stainless steel water tanks, 2 sewage filter membranes, a filter and an electric control box. It is equipped with a drain valve, a water inlet pump and a water outlet pump. This equipment adopts PLC control, featuring simple operation, high reuse efficiency and excellent water purification effect, which can meet the customer's cleaning requirements.
