This includes selecting the appropriate media and chemistry, optimizing motion strategy, and locking down controllable parameters so the process remains stable across operators and shifts—supporting measurable quality rather than “operator feel.” 
Translational systems are built for “uniformity and dead-zone mitigation.” By combining reversing motion with translational movement, the process improves exposure on complex geometries and long parts, reducing uneven finishing and hard-to-reach areas that typically lead to rework, inconsistent appearance, or unpredictable edge conditions. 
Pass-through systems are designed for “continuous-flow productivity.” Parts move through the magnetic field via a transmission/transport mechanism, enabling polishing and rinsing in a streamlined sequence. This approach is particularly suitable for line integration to reduce WIP accumulation, handling loss, and cycle-time volatility. 
Customization of pass-through solutions centers on “line fit and maintainability.” Working length and modular sections can be built to match site layout and capacity needs, with provisions for adding/removing modules and accessories. Maintenance access and component replacement are also considered upfront to minimize downtime and simplify daily upkeep. 
Where customers face material-driven process drift or multi-zone finishing requirements on the same part, we rely on controllable field/process elements and validation-based tuning to help move the operation from “works on samples” to “robust in mass production,” enabling stable delivery and auditability.
